The West End Flea Market raises over £74,000!
This year’s West End Flea Market saw The Mousetrap being crowned the Best Dressed Stall, in the competition judged by Christopher Biggins and Harriet Thorpe. The stall for the longest running play in the world included show memorabilia and exclusive props used in the show for sale, including a newspaper signed by the entire cast, they also had a game of ‘Trap the Mouse’ for participants to play for chance of winning tickets for the show.
Other West End shows which had stalls included: Back to the Future, Cabaret at The Kit Kat Club, Disney on Stage including Frozen and The Lion King, Guys and Dolls, Hamilton, Hadestown, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia, Moulin Rouge, Mrs Doubtfire, Operation Mincemeat, Phantom of the Opera, SIX, Sister Act, The Book of Mormon, and The Play that Goes Wrong.
Meanwhile, other attractions on the day included: Go Live Theatre Projects, ATG Touring Productions, Theatrical Memorabilia, Tombola, West End Charity Football Club Penalty Shoot-out, My Shot! The Pearly Kings and Queens, several Panto Dames and Flea market favourite Psychic Su Pollard told fortunes.
Inside the church, West End stars took selfies, signed posters and goodies for fans including Luke Bayer, Christina Bianco, Christopher Biggins, Sir Derek Jacobi, Ruth Jones, Lesley Joseph, Bonnie Langford, Melanie La Barrie, Harriet Thorpe, Dame Arlene Phillips, Dianne Pilkington, Peter Polycarpou and Michael Xavier.

The West End Flea Market is back!
The West End Flea Market 2024 will take place on Saturday 18 May at St Paul’s Church and Churchyard, Covent Garden, 10am – 2pm Following last year’s most successful West End Flea Market to date, where over £70,000, was raised the event returns for its fourth year.
150 early bird tickets will be available for £15 giving people automatic entry into a theatrical prize draw and early access to the flea market. Release date for early bird tickets will be announced on Acting for Others social media platforms.
West End shows will set up a variety of uniquely designed stalls offering theatrical memorabilia, signed items, and the chance for selfies and autographs. Each will be tailored by the company to celebrate their productions, with themed merchandise and special limited-edition collectables with the Best Dressed Stall to be judged by a starry panel and the winner will be announced at the event.
The autograph area will return inside the church with entry cost at £10, which includes a free West End Flea Market 2024 poster. Entrants will queue for each time slot and celebrity. This year’s Judges, West End Stars and shows will be announced at a later date.

One Night Only – The Ivy 2023
On Sunday 3rd December, Samantha Bond, Richard Clifford, and A4O returned to the renowned Ivy restaurant for One Night Only!
With Michael Ball OBE, Luke Evans, Dame Penelope Wilton, Neil Dudgeon, Celia Imrie CBE, Tamzin Outhwaite, Amanda Redman, Dame Arlene Phillips, Ginny Holder, Tom Hopper, Laura Hopper, Harriet Thorpe, Janie Dee, Raj Ghatak, Golda Rosheuvel, Hugh Sachs, Samantha Spiro, Tom Read Wilson and Greg Wise.
Guests were greeted and welcomed by Maitre’ds Dame Penelope Wilton & Luke Evans. With hosts including Michael Ball OBE and Dame Arlene Phillips DBE working alongside Neil Dudgeon, Hugh Sachs, Golda Rosheuvel and Samantha Spiro who were waiters for the night. Tom Hopper and Harriet Thorpe were also spotted shaking a cocktail behind The Ivy’s iconic central bar. Diners enjoyed an exciting live auction led by Charlie Ross, a British antiques expert, presenter and auctioneer who appears regularly on BBC Antiques programmes. The auction included an array of “money-can’t-buy” experiences!
Some lucky guests had the opportunity to Dine with the Stars, Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Derek Jacobi, Jim Carter CBE & Imelda Staunton OBE.

Thank you to everyone that joined us for A Nightmare on West Street on Sunday 29 October at The Ivy Club!
Prizes for Best Dressed guests were announced on the night, with 1st place going to ‘A Dalek’, 2nd place won by ‘Mr Monopoly’, and 3rd place being awarded to ‘Bill and Ben’.
